So after shopping endlessly for a replacement wiper blade for my 2007 Tribeca B9, I finally got a SilBlade FLX 2620 Premium Beam Wiper blades from Amazon that was supposed to fit the B9, unfortunately even after seeking help from a couple of Valvoline Mechanics we couldn't figure out how to fit the new blades in. An OEM from a Subaru Dealership costs $95, I would do anything to avoid paying that much for a those blades. Any help will be truly appreciated.

It's well documented on here that standard wiper blades do not fit the driver's side of the Tribeca due to a difference in the wiper arm's hook width.

The quote you got from the dealership was probably for a new metal wiper assembly - you can buy refills for a lot less money than that. Trico also makes inexpensive refills for it.

That being said, I would recommend this option instead: http://www.sb9t.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3115

For less than $40 you can replace the whole arm and use whatever blades you want. I'm very happy with Bosch Icon blades for performance and longevity.
