I saw a brand new '06s on sale at my local dealer for $31K. Everything but DVD. So my guess is that if you can get $29-$30K for yours, you'll be doing well. Very well.
1st year depreciation is always the biggest. But according to the Automotive Lease Guide www.ALG.com, the 'beca gets a 5-star rating. The highest category for retaining value.
There was a posting over on the Edmunds forum, that a person just bought a NEW '06 7-pass Limited, with Nav and DVD for just over $30,700, after the $2500 rebate. If that's what a dealer can sell the car for, then that means the best he'll give you on a trade-in will be 3 or 4 grand less.
