Shock Sensor Security upgrade install page

Reviving an old post. Thanks Peaty. I decided to upgrade to the Security Shock sensor. I used your instructions and pictures to install the sensor on my 2014 Beca. Just to answer a question you had on the scoobymods post, No you can not activate the sensor using the on screen setup on a Tribeca with navigation. I was hoping it would come up along with the shock sensor graphics as defined in the owner's manual. Nothing came up after installing the device. I will get my dealer to activate it next time I am in for an oil change.

I am not sure how much more secure it will make the vehicle but like you I had some old Subaru Bucks to spend.
