So it started with the temp creeping at long traffic lights, and unfortunately I had to limp it along for two days like that. Then cylinder one started misfiring while driving home. One of the rock and hard place choices, and I drove it home. My mechanic (A good friend) hasn't had time to tear into it yet, but he is almost sold on it being the engine being bad. My question, I'm looking at JDM EZ30's for my 07, I see there are some differences, but is there any real benefits to the JDM version?

And with the AC, last year I had to have all of the lines, compressor, condenser, etc. replaced. Will those all swap over to the JDM block if I go that route?
