Hello all!

A little about me...I'm a diehard Subie guy. I've driven them for 30 years. I had 2 GL's in the 80's and 90's and then 3 Outbacks after that. I just traded in a 2014 Outback for a 2011 'Beca. I was looking for an older Outback (Gen 3) because I couldn't take the CVT any longer. I absolutely despise it. So when I found a 2011 'Beca Limited with only 50K on it and an incredible price, I decided to give it a shot. I just bought cross bars today and installed my Kuat Basket and I also ordered my hitch for my bike rack. I usually drive my Subie's well into the 200K's so I expect to be in this car for quite some time.

Thanks and that's about it for now. Just introducing myself to the forum. :)

Hey! Just saw your reply to my post about "ice-skating" on the road from Sedona up to Flagstaff to see if I could figure out where in Arizona you live. Funny, but I'm a diehard Subaru guy too. I've driven them for 30 years (starting in college, my roomie let me drive his '78 wagon if I kept it running/tuned up). I had 2 GL wagons in the '80s (an 80 and an 84), then moved up to a Legacy and 2 Outbacks after that (plus a BRAT along the way). I swapped my 2000 Outback for a Tribeca a few years ago because I thought my Outback was used up (the liftback was the only body panel with no body damage, I think, and around 200k miles, but I'll be darned if I don't still see that distinctive beast rolling around Seattle!) and wanted a little more room for the growing family. My 2010 Touring came with about 80k. Just passed 100K, figure it has another 100K in it.

Enjoy my subbie as well, although my 2006 beca has a couple of issues that I am trying to figure out.

Currently am diagnosing a big engine problem as well as a few other small things.
