What does the little red light on the overhead console just behind the roof switch signify. Mine is always on when the ignition is on.

I asked myself the same question until I blocked it with my fingertip, at night. What a difference. That little light bathes the center console in red light, adding a good amount of illumination to that section of the interior. If you've got the center console open, you've got it's blue lighting combined with the red of that little light and it looks really cool. Just a simple addition to an astonishingly well designed interior.
