I am noticing that the wind noise level inside the limited B9 is pretty high. Can moonroof air deflector and window visors help to reduce the noise level inside the vehicle?
Actually, mine is fairly quiet. It is quieter than any SUV that I have owned (I've owned several) and much quieter than the Linc. Navigator that I just got rid of. Not as quiet as a sedan, but with an SUV you have much more surface area for the wind to deal with.
Would the deflectors help? unno: But they should help when the windows/moon roof are open.
Yes, I also find it pretty quiet....certainly much quiter than our old Forester. Perhaps someone who has driven much higher end or quieter vehicles would notice something I don't though. Also perhaps there was a very strong wind which could increase the nosie level you were hearing at the time?
+1 on wind noise especially if there's a headwind. Very quiet at lower speeds but once you hit 75mph and up you really start to hear it. Not sure if window or sunroof deflectors will help. Could be the tires as well so can't wait for them to wear out so I can switch to Bridgestone Alenzas. Definitely a lot quieter than my S2K though hehe.
