Hey guys, my wife slammed the seatbelt in between the door frame and interior door panel leaving a wonderful gash.

Any idea where I can get a replacement interior door piece for a reasonable cost?

Wow, that sucks. It's kinda hard to see the size in the pic, but is it big enough to warrant paying a hundred plus dollars for a replacement part? If it is, you can probably order one from your local dealership. Or if you're willing to call around try some local auto salvage yards. Good luck.

I'd pay up to $150 for a replacement part - I will check with the dealership tomorrow. Need to bring it in for a rattling rear hatch anyway.

Check out subarugenuineparts.com they a complete online parts catalog.

It shows $237.65 MSRP for either of the front door covers, they sell it for $173.95 + tax/shipping of course. I'd imagine shipping wouldn't be too cheap neither considering the largish size.

Yeah, I found that website last night. I know the guy who runs the dealership where I picked this Tribeca up so maybe they can help me out.

Thanks for the help everyone!

Don't forget this kind of slash can be repaired, pretty well invisibly. My car was broken into & the tool tore the door panel, & my dealer called in a specialist who did an invisible mend. Think she used some heat but still, cannot see it unless you search intensely.

Really? I jammed a 2x4 into my back door panel and punctured it and was looking into replacing it. I found a panel for $125+shipping online. I may look into having it repaired.
