i think its the struts, i had the bushings replaced, but i still hear the noise and i learned that the sturt and bushings are differnt things...ok so maybe its that?
its sounds like a click, or its hard to explain but its like this clicking noise when you hit the brakes and slow down or when you hit a bump you hear it.
Yesterday and error message of ER HC displayed on the odometer display.
The engine temperature gauge was lit all the way to the H area.
I stopped the car. The engine was not overheating. The water/antifreeze tank was low so I added a bottle of water I had in the car.
No more problems since...
Noticed our new (to us) 06 Beca was flashing this light (only noticeable at night when I hit bumps).
Long story short you can fix this yourself and save a trip to the dealer. Climb under the rear of the car, you'll see the rear diff with the axles going to it. On the passenger side are two...
I have posted this situation on other threads but would like to put this out there so people are aware of the issue:
My 2009 Subaru Tribeca had a shudder when driving at 25-35 and 45-55. After going back and forth with Subaru of America and my local Dealership, the shudder has been fixed.
Dropping the Tribeca off at the dealer tonight. The Belt Tension and Idler Pullies are both making horrible noise. Just hit 65,000 and have Gold Extended warranty that covers them. Anyone else have this issue? Just curious. I need to get it back for the 60K service as soon as the tax refund hits...
How many ounces of R134 freon does a completely evacuated, vacuumed, and recovered 06 take?
My FSM said between about 29-31 ounces but does not specify any differences between vehicles with and without rear A/C.
Was rear A/C not an option in some of these vehicles?
