Still, I'd get a closer look and see if you can find an impact spot where something hit it. It's not unusual for a lamp to get wacked while going down the road. I use some rockblocker film on my lamps but they don't have any for the B9 yet
If you can't find a spot where it was hit then I say ask to see the service manager and have him look. Maybe you can get it done because they are defective.
