Hi

I need to replace springs on my Tribeca (2011), and I noticed that there are 2 sets of different catalog numbers for the 07-09 and 10-14 years, does anyone know what the difference is?
The 07-09 are much more common and also a bit cheaper
07-09: 20380XA02A, 20380XA03A, 20330XA00B
10-14: 20380XA04A, 20380XA05A, 20330XA01A

Thanks

Rear springs are also different between 5-seat and 7-seat options on 2006-07. Also, if the struts are still original, replace them too. Doing so will reduce the downtime, because you can make your own "quick struts" on the bench.

Mine is hybrid 😁I added third row seating later and now it's not being used.😃 Ascent is doing the bus duty 😃.

No 😧,,nothing different just fits perfectly
I actually learned about the side-to-side difference after the fact. I pre-assembled the replacement struts using KYB units and OE springs and rubber (and Sachs mounts, if that's important), aligning the fork to the line through the top mounting studs. That's how I assumed it should be and the service manual doesn't say differently. It only shows which end of the top mount should be pointing forward. Then I found, after completing the work, that the old assemblies were slightly toed in. I didn't sweat much over it and assumed that the struts would align themselves after a few hundred miles. The basic reason for the toe-in is that the lateral arms are not perpendicular to the body axis.

I must've been lucky and hit it right on first try 🙂
Twice on silver one and once on the black one 😊 on the silver 10 year's ago I installed KYB and black get Monroe struts. On the silver again last year I installed the Monroe quick struts assembly because driver coil brake in the first part of coil . Never have any problems.
