My driver side low beam just burnt out. The owners manual indicates to "contact your dealership" with respect to any bulb changes on the left side (passenger sides are apparently owner capable).

Anyways, after trying to locate a version on Chilton, Hayes, etc...nada, zilch..and a complete Subaru service hardcopy costs in excess of $500.

I believe this might be covered by the warranty (nearing a year and a half), but I still consider it a pain to make an appointment and drive with one light until then).

sorry for the whiney rant :)

Wow, thanks for posting that link. Although we have an '08 Tribeca, I'm sure many of the things carry over. This will be a nice resource to refer to when faced with future issues and/or questions.

Does anyone still have a copy of the '06 Tribeca service manual? Went to the above link and it says it's been removed by the user. I can totally use a copy of it.
