www.subarugenuineparts.com has the whole wiper blade assemblies and the inserts. Their site may seem a bit complicated at first though...at the top-left under the "Subaru Accessories Catalog" banner you need to pick "OEM Catalog", then put in your make & model, it'll bring up a list of major categories and at the bottom is "Windshield" and you'll find inserts and wiper blades listed in there.
They get high marks as an online retailer in the NASIOC forums, I ordered my wiper inserts from them no problems. They are west coast based (WA), and standard shipping is via UPS ground...so shipping to NJ for me took a full week from their shipping date, but YMMV if you live closer.
