Default 2007 B9 Transmission Vibration

I bought a 2007 Tribeca for my daughter in 2016 because she loved it (Dads can't say no to their little girl). It had a slight, almost imaginary shudder when shifting that I didn't like, but I gave in and bought it anyhow. It has grown progressively worse and now is pretty bad. She has gotten used to it and claims it doesn't bother her... it bothers me!
I saw a post where someone recently got a new trans due to a "technical bulletin". I'm hoping to learn how to convince our dealer to do the same.
Any helpful information is greatly appreciated!

I would have the fluid changed, (not flushed) but a drain and fill and have the dealer do a tcm relearn. We went from OEM fluid to amsoil signature synthetic just because of cost but the tribeca seems to like that more than oem.

I did a drain and fill which is approx 4 quarts at each oil change until I ran out of the amsoil, I purchased a full case from a local distributor for like $120 shipped to my door.
