Default roof rack suggestions

Hello,
what do I need to put something on the roof? Like crossbars and a hard case. Which solution would you recommend without having to declare bankrupcy
Not familiar with the Subaru-system, here's what I have on the roof:

Yeah, you are going to need more than just the OEM cross bars. You need the long rails as well.

I'm not sure what is most economical.

cool thanks. Ordered a pair of crossbars from a scrap yard, so that should do then. Thank you!

Default OEM works great

Bought a set of OEM a few years ago and they are great. Simple to install and strong enough for my Yakima cargo box.

Agreed - I've been using the OEM cross bars with two sets of Yakima kayak carriers without problem. The cross bars haven't bent, etc., and they still look nice after 10 years.

Here is part E361SXA000 https://www.subarupartspros.com/sku/e361sxa000.html. Not sure if $134 is too much for you.
