FLUSHED AT 47k miles

So i had the 45k service done... Standard mnt... and then it hit me... " Your transmission fluid is black..." So they flushed the tranny... now at 47k i feel kinda leery about the transmission... any thoughts? I haven't had any problems with the car at all...

Most cars recommend a tranny fluid change every 30k. Don't forget about the rear diff too...
