Need advice. Right rear door closed but not really.

Door is closed but doesn't have a good seal. If I push on it, weatherstripping gives a bit where as the other doors don't as they are flush against the body. What can I do to adjust? I want to adjust hinge on the body that the door latches on it to but it's impossible to undo screws. Any other suggestions besides taking it to dealer?

I can look up how to do it in the owners manual, but I have to say from past experience, messing with door alignment can be very tricky. Chances are good you will make it worse and not better. I really suggest you take it to the dealer and let them mess with it.
