so i just finished a survey i received regarding a Ad campaign for the 2008 Tribeca. did anyone else get this in their e-mail? it was sent by harrispoll. they showed the ad(animated) a few times and had me analyze it.

anyway the first thing i noticed was that the interior was exactly the same but the exterior seemed to be a total redesign. from the Grill,lights to rear styling... kinda found it interesting...

Sorry i have no pic... It was played in a flash or Java format and i did not think of taking a screen shot when i was doing it.... the best i can describe it is that the front grill looked very much like the Legact and even the healights looked very diff.... the best i can equate this to is the Chrysler Pacifica(my opinion)

The 2008 Tribeca is on my local dealer lot. I have a 2007, but the 2008 looks nice! I like the 06/07 front and passenger side mirrors and front end a little better, but the 2008 looks great in person. Better than the photos.

I've been spying on the 2 dealers around here, neither have them.

My dealer friend drove one and he said that the lower end power is much nicer. I'll have to see one in person still.

I wish my 2007 had the bigger engine that the 2008 has. Hopefully they will come out with a supercharger or something. I do like the 06/07 styling a little better, but like I said earlier, the 2008 looks great in person and will hopefully sell better for Subaru.

We actually don't like the new 08 front end.

Agreed. I like the front end of the 06/07 model better as well. I must say though, I have been seeing more and more 2008 Tribecas on the road. I rarely see the model I drive, though I feel it looks better. To each their own
