I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but in a recent thread in the NASIOC News and Rumors section, http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1179216, they quote a published source (Automotive News) about some details about the '08 Tribeca. Some points:
3.6L H-6 motor
Improved access to the third row seats
No change in exterior dimensions
Improved stylingMaybe these changes will bring more drivers to the Subaru family; I'd sure love to see more Tribecas on the road!

oh man. more power while using regular fuel, dont think the wife will like this too much. my only complaint about the B9 is the small gas tank AND the rear visiblity. i love the styling of the B9 front and back.

This is true. HP and Torque still TBD.
Yes. Will probably be based on the three way split seen on the Australian and Euro Tribeca where the seat can be flipped forward for rear access from both sides. Basically, the passenger side second row seat is seperated from the middle seat so it can independantly slide and flip.
True, but the body panels are reportedly those of the cancelled Saab version of the Tribeca. Reportedly, the rear crease is gone and the front end is different. Headlights are more of a wraparound design on a squared off front end like an '08 Outback and don't sit on top like the current Tribeca's do. Rear window is also larger for better vision.
Yes. The polarizing front and rear have been changed. The rear is pretty much the same, but without the crease. (See above).There are pics of the Saab version on Nascioc and some user attempts at putting an '08 Outback front end treatment onto it based on the shape of the Saab front end. I will update this post when I have time to look for it.
