AC/Fan wont go pass 1.

I just want to know if anyone experienced this issue of the AC/Fan not going pass 1, 1 being lowest level output. When I turn the control for the level it just goes back to 1 automatically. Even if you press "auto" it goes to the highest level then automatically goes back to 1. I tried turning off the AC and just the fan and it still does the same thing. I also pressed "OFF" and it automatically turns on and goes back to 1. When I do turn it off, I do hear a clicking sound by the glove compartment before it turns on again. Any ideas? I might have to bring this in to the dealer. :confused::confused:
