My service from the closest dealer has been less than stellar, to put it mildly. Not the first time they've given me less than acceptable service (voiced my dissatisfactions) not the first Subaru to be serviced there, so I am not a new customer, not the first car Ive bought from there...

I've decided a bit of time ago to change dealers for major work, but for small items, I've gone here, for convenience sake. But even with this, they seem to still mess up. Is there a way to rate them, ala the review questionnaire we receive when we get warranty work done? Or am I relegated to just writing a letter to soa, ccing the dealer?

I'd start with and email to SOA and see what happens.

Yeah, looks like the only option at this point.
