NAV Disc(s) question

I just read through some of the topics about NAV EAST and WEST etc... I read that Canada was on both EAST/WEST discs, but I only have the disc that is in the DVD machine.

Can someone tell me if you get both EAST and WEST discs when purchasing the Tribeca or how many Discs there are in total? If you do get both, then I gotta go back to the dealer and ask them about it.

I probably won't need the west as I am from Ontario, but who knows, maybe one day I'll drive west and visit CA or SF.

I got only in the machine. Off I go to the dealer to inquire.

Is the other in the case a backup or is it the East and West disc?

I didn't take out the one from the unit but the one in the case is East, I'm in CA and it must be West that's in the car. So East and West.

I'm somewhat confused about the versions, the case and East disk say 3.0 but I seem to remember seeing 1.0 on the screen in the settings menu for the disk that's in the car. Does it mean they gave me old West version? I'm going to take the disk out to have a look when my wife/car is back.

UPD: 3.0 disk inside, but 1.0 in the settings, go figure what is what...

You usually get 2 discs. Disc 1 (East) and Disk 2 (West). There are no backups that come with it. You can usually find the other either in the glove box or the rear hatch storage area (where the spare tire tools are).

I already called the dealer. Since this car was a transfer from another dealer, they claim they probably still have it. Wait and see.
